Runeshift creates an anonymous account automatically so your game progress can be backed up and restored, and you can optionally sign in with an email address or a Google account so it follows you across devices. You can permanently delete that account and all data associated with it at any time, using either method below.
The fastest way, if you still have Runeshift installed:
Profile → Delete Account & Data
Open the Profile screen by tapping your name in the top-right corner of the main menu, or via Settings → Manage Account.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers and resets the local copy on your device. This cannot be undone.
If you have uninstalled the game or can't access it, email us and we'll delete your data for you:
If you can, include your in-app account ID (shown on the Profile screen) so we can locate your data quickly. If you signed in with an email address or with Google, telling us that address is enough. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Feedback you previously submitted, and any crash reports, may be retained for bug-tracking, but they are unlinked from your account at deletion so they are no longer associated with you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
