Runeshift creates an anonymous account automatically so your game progress can be backed up and restored. You can permanently delete that account and all data associated with it at any time, using either method below.
The fastest way, if you still have Runeshift installed:
Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data from our servers and resets the local copy on your device. This cannot be undone.
If you have uninstalled the game or can't access it, email us and we'll delete your data for you:
If you can, include your in-app account ID (shown at Settings → Account) so we can locate your data quickly. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
Feedback you previously submitted may be retained for bug-tracking, but it is unlinked from your account at deletion so it is no longer associated with you. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
